Take a ready-to-go cylinder
You can pick up or we’ll ship out a fully refurbished cylinder or component. Every part is brought up to spec under our strict quality assurance guidelines.
Your old cylinder is fully restored
Using the same quality guidelines, we can strip back your old rusty cylinder and send you a detailed analysis of the repairs. This process gives us time to fully restore your cylinder while your machinery keeps running.
Repair
If you have a cylinder in need of repairs, don’t send it to the scrap yard. Our specialist hydraulic team has the expertise to bring it back up to spec.
Drop off your old cylinder or component
Once you bring in your old cylinder or component, we’ll strip it back and send you a full analysis, including photos and a quote to repair.
The repair process
Using the latest machines and our skilled hydraulic technicians, we can bring your old parts back to life. All work is quality assured and follows OEM specifications.
Pick up or shipped to you
After final testing, you can pick up your part or we can arrange for it to be shipped directly to you on-site.

It depends on the cylinder’s size, its condition and the damage involved. First, we strip the cylinder down, inspect it and send you a full analysis with photos and a quote before any work starts. Yes. Our Kalgoorlie workshop rebuilds and reseals hydraulic cylinders, hones barrels, carries out bore welding and machines components in-house, all to OEM specifications. Every repaired cylinder is then full pressure tested on our in-house test bench before dispatch. Send us your cylinder details and we’ll take a look.
There’s no single figure – lifespan comes down to operating conditions and maintenance. Mining, oil and gas equipment works in dust, dirt and moisture, which is hard on seals and rods. Regular servicing and fixing small leaks early keep a cylinder working for longer. Talk to our team before a minor fault becomes a major one.
Drop off your faulty cylinder or component and take a fully refurbished unit from our stock straight away. It’s a fixed price, with no hidden fees. We then inspect, quote and repair your original, and you can choose to have it returned to you or you can pick up at a later date.
